Main Street in Middletown: A bustling, friendly place

I hope you’ve been enjoying my blog about green issues. I also care a lot about Middletown, where I have happily lived for many years. Our Main Street is something special, and I have personally eaten at every restaurant along it. For more information on Middletown Main Street, click and see my blog about it.

Peace and health,
Mark Masselli

CHC’s Inugural Jelly Batch

I greatly enjoyed the local organic jelly made with our homegrown grapes from the Community Health Center rooftop garden. We can walk you through the whole process. I encourage everyone in Middletown to start a garden and grow some of their own food. Every bit we can do to help the Earth makes a brighter tomorrow for our children.

Our Rooptop Gardern

I’m so proud that the rooftop garden on our Primary Care Center was featured in the Hartford Business Journal recently. A rooftop garden makes our building cleaner, more energy efficient, and even more of a model for other community buildings in the United States. People can’t be healthy if their neighborhood isn’t healthy.
