Sustainable Livestock: The Wave of the Future?

I don’t eat meat myself, but I recognize that expecting everyone to become a vegetarian is not realistic. That being said, too much grain that could be going to feeding humans ends up in the stomachs of farm animals instead. Nature.com has this great story on how to make livestock more sustainable. Ranchers, take note!
